Every meerkat is on a pathway back to the wild. Your work supports rewilding, monitoring, and final release.
Without reliable donations, your volunteer fee keeps daily food, care, and critical construction running.

Releases happen because of volunteers. Your stay funds food, care, field monitoring, and the DNA bank that protects genetic diversity harmed by illegal breeding. This is meaningful, hero-level conservation work with direct impact in the field.
Flexible, hands-on conservation. Tasks change with rescues and new arrivals, so self-motivated volunteers should be ready for early mornings and last-minute plan shifts.
Note: rescues often arrive at odd hours; adaptability is essential.

Volunteers of all ages welcome; no specific qualifications. Love wildlife, be reasonably fit, and speak basic English.

Consistency keeps animals calm and makes training effective. A two-week minimum lets you learn protocols, follow mobs, and complete builds without constant turnover.
Longer stays are welcome and have even greater impact.
